Return Policies:
 

Regular Returns:
Any item you purchase that does not meet your expectations can be returned to us unopened within 21 days of receipt to receive a refund or exchange. Please see the instructions at the bottom of this page on how to get an RMA number for return. Without an RMA number we cannot accept your package and we will refuse this shipment. Return postage and shipping fees cannot be refunded.

 
Damaged Goods:
Bridal Favorites guarantees all of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item it will be replaced by the manufacturer. Please call us to arrange for a return pick up. A new item will be sent out to you at no additional charge.
 
Personalized Items:
Personalized items are not returnable unless there was an error on behalf of Bridal Favorites. Please call us for return and item correction instructions.

RMA Instructions:

Please call 313-917-4331 or email us at Customer Service to obtain your RMA number.

After getting your RMA please enclose a letter containing your reason for return, as well as your Name, Complete Address, Telephone, and method of payment. Also write the RMA in large legible writing on the top and at least 1 side of the box. IF there is no RMA number on the outside of the box then the shipment will be refused. Bridal Favorites reserves the right to issue refunds in the following forms (please see below).

Credit card orders:
If you payed for your mechandise by credit card, then a credit will be issued to you on the card that was used for purchase. Cash or check WILL NOT be issued.

Check orders:
If you payed for your merchandise by check, then a company check will be issued to you only after your check has cleared the bank. Upon confirmation of clearance, Bridal Favorites will issue a company check within 10 days of the receipt of the RMA package.
